All events will take place within Dean's Yard, Westminster School. The Lecture Room is accessed via Westminster School Reception, and the Weston Building is at number 3 Dean's Yard. Once inside the buildings there will be signs guiding you to the various rooms and facilities.
VENUE codes, FREE wifi & security
Entrance to all areas of Westminster School requires a four digit code. This code will be emailed to all delegates. There will be security staff available to help you (they will have access to a delegate list). Once you have registered, please wear your badge when on site as this helps staff identify you. Free delegate WIFI will be available onsite.
BADGES & DELEGATE PACKS
Badges and delegates packs will be available for collection throughout the event.
Where’s the Coffee?
Water will be available on site, and there will be cold drinks provided during the light lunch of sandwiches and crisps. Coffee will not be provided, but there are places to purchase coffee close to the venue. The closest is Pret A Manger on Great Peter Street, and there is also a Starbucks on Victoria Street. Both are about a three to five minute walk from our venues.
