The Lectures and Workshops all take place within Dean's Yard, Westminster School. Once you are in Dean's Yard, to get to the Westminster School Lecture Room (Days 1 & 3) please head to Westminster School Main entrance/Reception, from where the Lecture Room will be signposted. The Weston Building (Days 2 & 3) is at number 3 Dean's Yard. Once inside the buildings there will be signs guiding you to the various rooms and facilities.
VENUE codes, FREE wifi & security
Entrance to all areas of Westminster School requires a four digit code. This code will be emailed to all delegates (sent on 28.07.17). There will be security staff available to help you (they will have access to a delegate list). Once you have registered, please wear your badge when on site as this helps staff identify you. Free delegate WIFI will be available onsite.
BADGES & DELEGATE PACKS
Badges and delegates packs will be available for collection at the Lecture Room on Monday 31st July 12-2pm during 'Registration' (see Agenda). Badges and packs can also be collected on Tuesday 1st August morning in the main lobby of the Weston Building where lectures and workshops are being held.
Please let staff know who you are at the front desk when entering the Hospital Club social event venue (as this is an exclusive members club). They will direct you to The Oak Room. It would be very helpful to know if you do not plan to attend (if you have not already done so) so that we can offer your space to someone on the waiting list.
Please let us know what Lecture Theme you would like to attend, if you have not already done so. We will try our very best to accommodate your first choice, but we cannot guarantee that your first choice will be available (seating limits). We aim to record all speaker presentations so that you are able to view all presentations at a later time. Please stay within your allocated theme for the complete session (morning or afternoon).
& recording presentations
At Registration (12-2pm, 31st July, Lecture Room) - ideally - delegates will be asked what 3-out-of-5 workshops they wish to attend back-to-back-to-back (9-12pm, 2nd August, Weston Building). We will aim to ensure that all delegates attend the workshops they selected. We will post delegate names in a schedule on Day 3 (9am Weston Building) to inform delegates which rooms they will need to go to. Summaries of the workshops are provided on the conference main web page and in the printed Full Programme.
Starbucks will be supporting this conference by providing coffee and tea throughout the entire conference. A selection of breakfast items (e.g., pain au chocolat, croissants) will also be provided on the mornings of Day 2 and Day 3 (approximately 8:30am onwards).
More information coming soon as and when questions come in from delegates!
