 Alejandra Delfin Rossaro is an Argentinian jurist specialised in digital Law. She holds a Law degree from the Universidad de Buenos Aires (Argentina) and a master’s degree in IT Law from Université Toulouse 1 (France). In France she is a research engineer in digital and health law at INSERM (UMR 1295-CERPOP) where she works on ethical and legal issues related to AI in the health field and on the ethical and legal aspects of the reuse of health data for research purposes. She is also a member of the WG “Digital ethics and robotics” of the UNESCO Chair "Ethics, Science and Society".
