A dad at 14, a manager at 17, a prison officer at 18,  a director at 22, a Kung Fu champion at 24, a multiple business owner at 28, semi retired at 36 and now a MSc student in Cyber Security and  a top 50 Hacker on Hack The Box my life has been diverse and fun. I've lived with shaolin monks, I've delivered talks to some of the largest organisations in the world on behavioural science and technology, I've worked one to one with over 500 individuals coaching them back from ill health to work and now I specialise in Cyber Security but  more importantly how we engage with the digital world. I love to tell a story and am excited to spin a yarn for all you wonderful people.
